Pane e Pizzico are artisan bakers operating in Essendon since 2015. We started from a passion for bread-making that began with our love for the Italian fermented bread culture. We are committed to refining the inherited techniques to always offer traditional products but with a pinch of fresh innovation. We like challenges and we like to discover new products and with us, you will find not only bread and pizza but also homemade desserts, panettone, and Colombe.
We import a selection of high quality Italian flours. These specialty flours are crafted with the right strength and elasticity to create perfect bread, pasta, pizzas and baking.
We have a selected range available in our Essendon store. Addditionally, our flours are also available for wholesale.
